Your agreement when you book

By using this website or booking a stay at Tiny Home Resorts, you agree to these terms and to the rules set by the resort and its management.

The property offers Tiny Homes and Forest Huts, with access to amenities including a community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, dog park, Forest Pavilion, guest laundry, and washhouse. Each unit has a fire pit and picnic table. Guests are expected to respect communal and private spaces and to follow posted rules. Damage to the property or its facilities is the guest’s responsibility as fault is determined.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Check-in instructions are sent by 2:00 PM at the latest on the arrival day. If your unit is ready before 3:00 PM, we will text you. We do not sell a guaranteed early arrival.

Want more pool time on the way out? Stay N Play is $50 and lets you enjoy the property until 6:00 PM on departure day. It is available Sunday through Thursday and is non-refundable. Arrivals before 2:00 PM or departures after 2:00 PM may require booking an additional night.

Pets: $35 per pet, maximum two pets per reservation. Pet-friendly cabins include units 01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 12, 13, 16, and 20. Pets must be on a leash at all times on the property. A $250 deep cleaning fee is charged if pets are found in a non-pet-friendly cabin.

Lost key: $50 per physical key not returned at check-out.

Lost and found: items can be mailed for shipping plus a $10 handling fee. Guests have 30 days to claim items, after which they may be discarded or donated. Email guest@tinyhomeresorts.com.

Cancellation: Pay-at-check-in rates require fourteen (14) days’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay. Cancellations made more than fourteen days out receive no penalty. Cancellations inside fourteen days of check-in are charged the first night’s rate to the card on file.

No refunds for cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical or electrical failure, TV or equipment issues, family emergencies, insects or rodents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When booking three or more properties (cabins or event spaces), we require full payment at booking. That payment is non-refundable. We recommend that members of large groups book individually when they can. Large bookings for multiple units may require one month’s cancellation notice.

Fees and incidentals: smoking in-unit $250; pets $35; late check-out or early check-in as described above or at the nightly rate if an extra night is required; lost key $50; damaged or stolen property as assessed; lost and found $10 plus shipping; excessive cleaning $250.

Website use: the site is provided to describe the resort and to reach our booking tools. We may link to Cloudbeds and other services. Those tools have their own terms. Do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with it. Content on the site is owned by Tiny Home Resorts or used with permission.
