How we use data
Tiny Home Resorts explains here how we handle personal information when you use the website, book a stay, or communicate with us.
Information that is gathered
Like other websites, log files may be stored on the web server with details such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember preferences and to understand how the site is used. If you submit a form, we keep what you send so we can reply and run the business.
How the information is used
We use this information to operate the site and the resort, to respond to you, and to complete reservations. Email addresses are not sold, rented, or leased to third parties. We may send email about our services. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in those emails.
You may be able to block cookies in your browser. Some features may not work if you do.
Reservations
When you book direct, reservation and payment details are processed through Cloudbeds and its payment providers. Cloudbeds may show its own privacy notice at checkout. We receive the booking information needed to fulfill the stay: guest name, contact, dates, unit, requests, and payment status as Cloudbeds provides it.
Stay operations
We may use guest contact details for check-in instructions, service messages, and stay support, including SMS or email as needed to fulfill the reservation. Check-in instructions are sent by 2:00 PM on arrival day.
Third parties
Depending on what we use to run the site and the resort, this can include Cloudbeds, payment processors, map embeds, email or SMS tools, and OTAs if you booked there. Those services have their own policies. Booking on Airbnb or another platform is also governed by that platform’s privacy policy.
