Property Waiver

Before you stay

By staying at Tiny Home Resorts you agree to the following. Booking and occupying a unit is your agreement.

Acknowledgment of risks

A stay here includes outdoor time, fire pits and grills, the pool, the clubhouse, the dog park, and other facilities. Those activities carry risk, known and unknown. You voluntarily assume the risks that come with the stay.

You confirm you are in sufficient health to take part in resort activities, and you agree to follow safety guidelines and staff instructions.

You agree to use the resort and its amenities responsibly, and to respect other guests. Follow posted rules, including those for the pool, clubhouse, fire pits, dog park, and other facilities. Your unit may not be occupied by more people than the capacity we state, unless we have approved it and any extra per-person fees are paid.

Children under your care must be supervised at all times. You accept responsibility for their safety and behavior.

You agree to pay a $50 lost-key fee for each physical key placed in your possession that is not returned at check-out.

Release of liability

In consideration for being permitted to stay at Tiny Home Resorts, you (for yourself, family members, heirs, and personal representatives) release, waive, and discharge Tiny Home Resorts, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of injury, damage, or loss during the stay, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Home Resorts, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your actions or omissions, or those of your family or guests, during the stay.

Property damage

You are responsible for damage to the property or its amenities caused by you, your family, or your guests. You may be charged for repairs or replacements. The card on file with the resort may be charged for those costs and other incidentals.

Acceptance

You have read and understood this waiver and agree to it. By booking and staying, you acknowledge that you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to take legal action against Tiny Home Resorts, to the extent described above.
