Through the gate

Tiny Home Resorts is at 315 Hanna Drive, Denison, TX 75020. We sit near the Little Mineral Arm of Lake Texoma, in North Texas, with a short drive to ramps, parks, and town. Put the address in your maps app. The last stretch is residential. Drive it like you are entering a small neighborhood, because you are.

You will not see the lake from every porch. You will see trees, tiny homes, forest huts, and the shared buildings that make the resort work. If you are towing a boat, plan on overflow parking once you are inside. Boats do not sit in front of individual units. Overflow parking is the place for them, so the lanes by the fire pits stay clear.

Allow extra time the first visit. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Instructions go out by 2:00 PM that day, which is when you will have the last details for gates, keys, and where to pull in. Arriving before 3:00 PM only works if we text you that the unit is ready.

The Property Map shows the grounds once you have parked: homes, the pool, mercantile, pavilion, and Event Room.

Guests coming from DFW usually treat this as an easy north drive. Watch for pedestrians and kids near the lanes.

We are a real pin on a real road. Come north, follow the map, and look for the tiny houses among the trees.
