By booking a stay at Tiny Home Resorts, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the Resort and its management.

Our vacation property features 21 Tiny Homes and 7 Forest Huts, each providing access to the property’s amenities including a community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, playground, dog park, guest laundry, and washhouse. Each unit enjoys exclusive access to a fire pit and picnic table.

Guests are expected to respect the communal and private spaces by following all posted rules and regulations. Any damage caused to the property or its facilities will be the responsibility of the guest, as fault is determined. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors, and we appreciate your participation in maintaining the quality of our facilities.

LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN:

A 1-hour allowance may be granted for $20 at the discretion of the property. Additional 1-hour increments may be extended for $10 per hour, depending on availability.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

A $15 per-person fee will be applied per guest beyond unit capacity; additional guests must be approved by management. Children under 2 years do not apply.

LOST KEY FEE:

It is the guest’s responsibility to return the unit key upon departure. If the key is lost, a $50 replacement fee will be charged to the card on file.

LOST AND FOUND:

Items left at the property can be mailed for the cost of shipping and a $10 handling fee. Guests have 6 months to claim items, after which they will be discarded or donated. Email [email protected] to inquire about missing items.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 72 hours in advance of the date-of-stay check-in time will receive a full refund to the card on file. Cancellations made within 72-48 hours of the date-of-stay check-in time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of date-of-stay check-in time will be charged for one night’s stay. In lieu of a refund or forfeiture, guests may opt to reschedule the reservation.

Smoking in-unit: $100 – Pets: $35 – Late Check-out/Early Check-in: $20 – Lost Key: $50 – Damaged/Stolen Property: (As Assessed) – Lost & Found: $10 +Shipping – Excessive Cleaning: $30.
