Our unique Tiny Homes offer a cozy retreat with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable sleeping lofts or bedrooms, stylish bathrooms, and a charming outdoor seating area with a fire pit to enjoy the surrounding tranquility.

Our Forest Huts offer the ultimate glamping experience in a cozy open-room cabin, featuring comfortable beds, flatscreen TV, basic kitchen appliances (toaster, mini fridge, and microwave), an outdoor seating area with a fire pit, and access to our community washhouse, all designed to immerse you in both comfort and the beauty of the great outdoors.

Free for guest use, we offer a clubhouse, mercantile, pool & hot tub, pickleball court, human foosball field, dog park, guest-use laundry, and community washhouse.

We also offer several gathering locations including a pavilion, community hut, annex, and event room + kitchen for rent.

• The busiest time of the year is May to August, when tourists are flooding to the lake and surrounding attractions.
• Spring and Fall offer cooler temperatures and earlier evenings to enjoy time beside the campfire.
• Late March to late May is a great time to visit if you are an angler, or just learning how to fish. Lake Texoma has hundreds of well-known fishing spots as well as shifting creek channels.

Tiny Home Vacations was our previous name. We are now under new ownership and operating under the revised name of Tiny Home Resorts!

Pets are welcome! We even have a dog park to encourage them to socialize and enjoy the family vacation along with you! There is a $35 one-time pet fee per pet / per unit. We ask that they remain leashed while walking around on property. While other four-legged friends are welcome, please keep in mind that we do not have designated hamster or turtle parks and cannot be held responsible for any potential harm inflicted on any pets, canine or other, brought on property.

Boat parking is available in our overflow parking area ONLY. There is not room to accommodate them in front of the individual units.

Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm. 

(Please be mindful that property quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am)

Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11am.

Early check-ins are not guaranteed, but if your cabin is ready before 3 PM, we’ll notify you via our guest texting service.


Late checkouts are available for $50 per cabin and can be requested Sunday through Wednesday.

We offer a contactless check-in and checkout for your convenience. If you’d like to speak with us in person, you’re always welcome to stop by the Mercantile to chat with one of our associates. Please note that during the winter season, store hours may vary.


We recommend checking in online using the texting service or email instructions we provide. Once check-in is completed, your cabin will be unlocked and ready at 3 PM. Checkout procedures can be found in the guest book, and we can also send them via text if needed.

While the Lake is not directly accessible from Tiny Home Resorts, there are multiple access points for boating, fishing, and swimming within 10 miles.


We offer a variety of curated packages and experiences to make your stay even more memorable. These include boat rentals, beach picnics, dinner cruises, and guided fishing trips. If you’re interested in any of these experiences, please email us at guest@tinyhomeresorts.com
