By booking a stay at Tiny Home Resorts, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the Resort and its management.

Our vacation property features 21 Tiny Homes and 7 Forest Huts, each providing access to the property’s amenities including a community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, playground, dog park, foosball, pickleball, horseshoes, Forest Pavilion, guest laundry, and washhouse. Each unit enjoys exclusive access to a fire pit and picnic table.

Guests are expected to respect the communal and private spaces by following all posted rules and regulations. Any damage caused to the property or its facilities will be the responsibility of the guest, as fault is determined. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors, and we appreciate your participation in maintaining the quality of our facilities.

EARLY CHECK-IN:

At this time, we do not offer early check-in. However, we guarantee check-in by 4 PM.

If your cabin happens to be ready before then, we’ll be sure to send you a text and let you know you can arrive early. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to welcome you!

LATE CHECK-OUT:

Want to soak up a little more pool time? Standard checkout is at 11:00 AM. If you’d like to extend your stay, we offer a “Stay N Play” package for $50, which allows you to enjoy the property until 6:00 PM on your departure day. This option is available Sunday through Thursday only and is non-refundable. 

For planning purposes, please note that arrivals before 2:00 PM or departures after 2:00 PM will require booking an additional night’s stay.

PET FEE:

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! There is a $35 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of two pets per reservation.

Pet-friendly cabins include: Units 01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 12, 13, 16, and 20.


For everyone’s safety and comfort, all pets must be on a leash at all times while on the property.

Please note: A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found in a non-pet-friendly cabin.

LOST KEY FEE:

It is the guest’s responsibility to return the unit key upon departure. If the key is lost, a $50 replacement fee will be charged to the card on file.

LOST AND FOUND:

Items left at the property can be mailed for the cost of shipping and a $10 handling fee. Guests have 30 days to claim items, after which they will be discarded or donated. Email guest@tinyhomeresorts.com to inquire about missing items.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

‘Pay at Check-In’ rates require fourteen (14) days advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. Cancellations made outside the fourteen (14) days will receive no penalty. Cancellations made within the fourteen (14) days closest to check-in will be charged the first night’s rate to the card on file.

No refunds will be made for cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical, electrical failure or malfunctions with TVs or other equipment, family emergencies, sighting of insects and rodents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When booking (3) three or more properties (cabins, event spaces, or tent sites), we require full payment when booking and this is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that each member of large groups book their reservations individually. Large bookings for multiple units may require one (1) month cancellation.

Smoking in-unit: $250 – Pets: $35 – Late Check-out/Early Check-in: Nightly Rate of Rental – Lost Key: $50 – Damaged/Stolen Property: (As Assessed) – Lost & Found: $10 +Shipping – Excessive Cleaning: $250.
